Getting to Maduravoyal
Maduravoyal sits in west Chennai where the Chennai Bypass meets Poonamallee High Road. That junction is the reason most of the city can reach us inside half an hour.

Practical questions
Can we visit before admitting anyone?
Yes, and we encourage it. Call ahead so a counsellor is free to show you the rooms, the kitchen and the daily schedule, and to answer your questions properly instead of in a hurry.
What should we bring at admission?
ID proof for the person being admitted and for the family member accompanying them, all current medications with their prescriptions and strips, any previous medical or discharge summaries, and everyday clothes and toiletries. If you are unsure about anything, ask on the phone before you travel.
How do we reach Maduravoyal from the airport or Central?
From Chennai airport it is roughly 30 to 40 minutes via Porur. From Chennai Central it is about 40 minutes via Poonamallee High Road. From Koyambedu bus terminus it is around 20 minutes. Ring us once you are on the road and someone will talk you through the last kilometre.
Is the helpline answered at night?
Yes, around the clock. Admissions in the middle of the night are arranged case by case — call and explain the situation rather than waiting for morning if it is urgent.
